“We have been working since the end of last year to bring this non-profit association onto the market. It was originally designed to support Moncton restaurants without paid operations and marketing advice, ”said Terri Henry, founder of Moncton Food & Beverage. “But when COVID-19 hit, we like everyone else turned around and developed live streaming cooking classes so our chefs could keep doing what they did best and put some money in their pockets during these challenging times.”
