UPDATE: An 82-year-old mother suffering from an illness was found after going missing in Moncton, authorities said on Wednesday, October 28.
Moncton Police today asked the public for help in finding an 82-year-old missing person.
Virgilio Nugal was last seen driving a red 2016 Kia Sorrento near the 3,900 block of Lees Avenue in Moncton, around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, according to Moncton police.
Nugal suffers from an illness that can cause him to become easily disoriented. The police described the search for him as “critical”.
It was unclear where Nugal was going when he left his house, but authorities said he enjoyed shopping at Home Depot and Lowe’s.
Nugal is Asian and is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 175 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
He may be wearing a white T-shirt, gray hoodie, beige knee length shorts, and white shoes.
The car is a four-door compact SUV with California registration number 7ROY258.
